“To all staff at West End, its hard to put into words the gratitude that I feel towards you, for the care and support that you provided for my dear brother. From the moment he came to your service, I always noticed the positive changes in him. He looked more well cared for and noticeably happier. In the last chapter of his life, I felt such a comfort that he was living in a beautiful home that was safe, secure and supported. This meant the world to me, as many chapters of his life were unsettled and at times chaotic. It is so lovely to know my brother was valued and cared for and had lovely friends around him. I am still in awe of the flexibility and creativity that you displayed to him in Gandara. Always changing and accommodating plans and supports to do what you could to assist him. Particular thanks to Steve and Ebony for your outstanding support and communication with me during this journey. I will never forget you and your amazing services to my beautiful brother. Thank you”
